The Fitness Loft has a skilled instructor that shares Meridith’s philosophy on Pilates, strength training, and movement. Kendra Thyne, rounds out our weekly schedule with a full set of service offerings for our clients.
Kendra Thyne holds a BFA in ballet from the University of the Arts and danced professionally with the Oakland Ballet. Kendra’s study of Pilates began in 1990 with such Master teachers as Elizabeth Larkham and Michele Larsson. She received her certification in 1996 with Marie-Jose Blom-Lawrence at Long Beach Dance Conditioning.
